Roselle - Karak
Alhamdulillah usaha gigih di Karak membuahkan hasil, puas hati betul dengan pertumbuhan pokok roselle pada masa ini....
Ni yang paling menyeronokan sekali...comel je crown ni keluar dari setiap pelepah pokok ni.
Ni rupanya microwave drier pakai belt, mesin ni panjang la plak, tempat pemprosan kami pendek je...harga yang ini lebih competitif.
This microwave dryer is smaller but more expensive!...We need to study both machine and the operations of the machine..........Doa kan kami berjaya!

FISH AND WATERMELON
We need to study how to breed fish more successful...last saturday we open one of our pond the result is not as expected.
Our fish did not grow to the expected saiz and it breed at a younger age! At the size of a hand palm the fish has egg!
God please gave us guidance....
This is patin- the biggest fish we have in our pond....this one feels very heavy in my hands
Our tilipia fish grown not bad..up to 2kgs/piece....fried as below very yummy!
And after all those hard work in the pond and delicious lunch...our red watermelon sure taste very-very sweet....it has be grown using organic fertilizer.

Roselle
28th April 2009, cuma 2 daun je pokok roselle ni....kami baja, kami siram dan alhamdulillah dia tumbuh dengan baik.
Ada la dekat-dekat paras lutut dah ketinggian pokok roselle kami ni...
Tengah belek-belek tengok pokok Roselle ni, nampak la sepokok dua dah mula ada kuncup buah/bunga nak keluar....Syukur ke hadrat Allah!
Kena kawal rumpai, lagi cepat rumpai naik dari pokok roselle...cabaran!
Ni kawasan baru di hujung sebelah belakang yang akan kami usahakan...insyaallah ada la dalam 5 ekar kawasan yang akan diusahakan.

new things at my orchard
This 2 puppies looks very cute and the right one is very chubby!We have 9 dogs to guard the orchard from human, monkey and pigs!
Our jack fruit tree branch has been attacked by termite! Please some one helps us...please teach us how to cure this.....
Tolong kekawan, camana nak kawal dan musnah kan serangan anai-anai. kalau kat tanah saya letak racun anai2...ni kat batang pokok?
Watermelon growing...look fine, hope will bear abundance of fruits.

Will this grow as full mature fruits....only time will tell.

Jack Fruit....
Our jack fruit start bearing fruits....
Too many for one tree...will sell it at young age for vegetable seller....
From the look of it, the fruit looks ok....but still it is too much for this young tree
This one has a different shape....round!
This should be mature soon...any one has suggestion how should we wrap the fruit to protect it from fruit fly attack?

Roselle - Development
Alhamdulillah, we have started the roselle project....
This is the workshop allocated by Bentong Agriculture Department for roselle processing. The size about 30ftx20ft divided into 3 area.
We have install water sprinkle one point could cover 17ft, therefore 1 point could cover 6 vegetable bed (batas).
After 3 days we could see the seed has begin to grow...
Hopefully they will survive their early days....
We are considering either to use microwave drier or just oven drier....microwave would be better, but the cost is much more expensive....oven drier will tooks longer time to process....anyone has suggestion?
