Alhamdulillah, we have started the roselle project....
This is the workshop allocated by Bentong Agriculture Department for roselle processing. The size about 30ftx20ft divided into 3 area.
We have install water sprinkle one point could cover 17ft, therefore 1 point could cover 6 vegetable bed (batas).
After 3 days we could see the seed has begin to grow...
Hopefully they will survive their early days....
We are considering either to use microwave drier or just oven drier....microwave would be better, but the cost is much more expensive....oven drier will tooks longer time to process....anyone has suggestion?

Fruits....
The price of ladies finger drop very low, we are lucky a bit because we are at the ends of our harvesting season....so now we are back to planting watermelon...
Watermelon at the age of 10 days awaiting to be transfer to the field.
We planned watermelon about 3 feets away from one another....
About a week after transferring to the field and she is growing stronger....
The pineapple at our orchard almost all of it is bearing fruit at this time and the bottom picture sure a strange one....got 2 trees like this...any one could explain?
Just to check if our jackfruit tree could carry the weight of it fruits we lets a few of the fruit grow...but one thing for sure we need to wrap the fruit in the future...it has been attacked!
I always love it when my limau kasturi bears fruit...they smell nice...
